Spent Christmas here and the atmosphere was incredible, really felt in the holiday spirit. The decorations were delightful and the staff was very friendly. The food was also excellent, especially the four-course dinner on Christmas eve and the breakfast which offered a wide variety of options. The location was also convenient as it was close to many Christmas markets and snow activities.
The room could have been cleaner, there was a musty smell that didn't go away and the curtains were quite dusty. Also, the towels were old and worn out, could use an update. Another negative aspect was that the walls were thin, so we could hear the conversations and footsteps from the neighboring rooms, which was quite annoying. Despite the good aspects, the cleanliness and noise level were unpleasant surprises.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like a minibar and flat-screen TV. The location was perfect for my business trip, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious.
The noise level from nearby construction and traffic was disruptive, making it difficult to focus on work during the day. the hotel's limited parking options made it challenging to find a spot for my rental car.
